This event is a typical kabaddi event played by the bots. In this competition, 2 robots would be placed on either side of arena. Each robot will be given chances of ride and the task of riding robot is to transfer the cube placed in opponent’s arena and cross the partition line. Meanwhile task of defending robot is to push the riding robot out of the arena.

Event Overview

Design Specification:
1. The total dimensions of a robot at any point of a match must be UNDER the designated limits. Height: 30cm, Length: 30cm, Width: 30cm, Weight: 5kg.
2. Robots should be manually functioned. The Bot can be wired/wireless and the power supply should be on board.
3. Maximum weight must not exceed 5 kg (including battery).
4. The power supply can be maximum up to 12.3 Volt.

Game Rules:
1. The team that wins the toss shall have the choice of court, or the raid and the team that loses the toss shall have remaining choice.
2. 6 Cubes (dimensions 5*5*5) cm3 at different positions with different points (2*10 points, 2*20 points, 2*30 points) will be placed in each player’s arena.
3. Each team will have to ride into the opponent’s arena during their turn as well as defend during opponent’s turn.
4. The cube need to be pushed by the team No Picking mechanism allowed.
5. Each ride is of 1 minute.
6. In each ride maximum only one cube can be taken by riding bot
7. The aim of defending robot is to push the riding robot out of the arena.
8. In any case if a team needs a time (like bot become immovable) they can get by taking white card (given under foul section) which gives 1.5 min. In that time repairs to the robot can be made. Taking a white card will lead to loss of 10 points.

Scoring Rules:
1. Riding team will get point corresponding to the cube taken from opponent’s team
2. The defending bot is not allowed to touch the cube placed in its arena at any point of time. Intentional pushing or moving away cube from its position by defending bot will lead to white card.
3. During struggle, a bot will be declared out only if its entire body is out of the court, and no part of its body is in contact with the court, including the lobby area.
4. While struggle if defending bot pushes attacking bot out then it gets 15 points.
5. If the defending bot touches the riding bot before rider touches the cube, then 15 points will be deducted from defending team. THIS IS APPLICABLE ONLY IF DEFENDING BOT TOUCHES THE RIDING BOT OR ENTERS THE OPPONENT AREA.

Eligibility (Team requirement):
1. Each team can have a maximum of 8 members.
2. Each member of the team must carry their valid Identity card of his/her institution
