Event Overview
Participants must build a webpage based on the topic allotted to them. The only thing required to do is design the front end in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or another frontend framework.
Round specifications
Round 1: Revamp –
This round is the qualifying round and tests the contestants' HTML and CSS expertise. Here UI design along with style guide (i.e., images, fonts, font-sizes ) will be provided to each team.
Teams closest to the output will be qualified for the next round.
Judgment criteria: Styling and design of the website
Round 2: Page Perfect –
1. This round is the final round and tests the contestants' JavaScript, HTML and CSS skills, increasing the complexity from the previous round.
2. Participants will have to design a web page from scratch on the given theme.
3. The team that builds the best designed and functional web page will be declared as the winner.
Judgment criteria: Complexity of the design and its styling.
Rules :
1. Participants can participate individually or in a team of 2 members.
2. Participants should carry their laptops with their choice of text editor.
3. Unethical behavior could lead to disqualification.
4. Faculty-coordinators have all the rights to take final decision for any matter during the event.
5. Judge’s decision will be considered final.
Eligibility (Team requirements):
1. Participants can participate individually or in a team of 2 members.
2. All the members in a team must be from the same College.
3. Each participant must have his/her college identity card.
